An AI electric-vehicle advisor that generated ¥100K+

The participant

She is a vice chair of the Qujing Women Entrepreneurs Association and operates a multi-brand electric-vehicle showroom. Customers can compare BYD, Tesla, NIO, XPeng, Li Auto, and other brands in one place.

The challenge

With so many models, each consultation took at least 30 minutes and results varied with the salesperson’s expertise. An external team quoted ¥50,000–¥80,000 and two to three months to build an online assessment system.

What she built

Using Coze and an AI coding platform, she mapped decision factors such as budget, usage, range, charging access, brand preference, and desired features. She then imported partner vehicle data into a knowledge base and built a workflow that returns recommendations, reasons, comparisons, and an order link.

Customers now complete the assessment by phone in three to five minutes. The complete product went live in under one week, built around her normal business schedule.

Measured outcomes

She sold the system to other electric-vehicle businesses in Qujing and elsewhere in Yunnan, generating more than ¥100,000. Avoiding external development saved another ¥50,000–¥80,000.

Consultation time fell from roughly 30 minutes to 10, and the showroom reported an estimated 40% increase in conversion after launch.

Why it matters

A founder with no technical background turned her own operating knowledge into an asset she could use repeatedly and sell. The result combined cost reduction, new revenue, and a better customer experience.
