She is a Kunming maternal wellbeing coach trained to support women through pre-pregnancy and pregnancy-related emotional pressure, family change, and uncertainty.
Her initial plan repeated the same training-to-consumer model used by her own teacher. One-to-one services had limited capacity, low transaction values, and significant boundaries around individual health advice.
During the workshop, Anderson identified hospitals and institutions as the stronger buyer. They need systematic tools for the complete journey from preparation through birth and can place the product within an appropriate professional-care framework.
In one hour, she produced a web system linking four modules: mood journaling, pre-pregnancy screening, stage-based perinatal knowledge assessment, and birth-plan generation. Together they create a continuous record and support pathway.
Hospitals can use the system to improve service consistency, reduce repetitive staff work, and raise patient satisfaction. The product is complete; institutional outreach is the next step, and no deployment or revenue claim is made yet.
The larger lesson is that changing the buyer can transform value, pricing, capacity, and risk—even when the underlying expertise remains the same.
