From real problem
to usable product.

Problems, process, and results are preserved so one practice can become reusable evidence.

01

The participant

She works for a state-owned enterprise in Kunming. Despite driving for more than a decade, she remained afraid to drive independently and felt that people around her did not understand the emotional weight of that experience.

02

The insight

One workshop idea unlocked the direction: turn your own pain into a product. A problem experienced deeply over many years is likely shared by others—and the founder already understands those users from the inside.

03

The product model

Phase one is a safe community where women drivers can share frustrations without being dismissed. Mutual understanding creates the product’s core value: belonging and emotional support.

Phase two introduces carefully selected products that address genuine needs, such as driving aids, in-car organization, and comfort accessories. Commerce grows from trust rather than unrelated promotion.

04

Current status

The initial community model was completed during the workshop and is preparing for formal operation. The immediate result is a clear user group, value proposition, and phased path to revenue.

05

Why it matters

A founder who is also the user has an advantage no outsourced research can reproduce: authentic insight, language, and trust. AI shortened the distance from that insight to a testable product.
